A world class Ballet dancer, this gorgeous 46-year-old Parisian shares with us her wonderful career.

Stéphanie Laurendeau has had a magical career, dancing her way through stage shows to thousands of people all around the world. Her classic and elegant style is just a dream to witness.

At only 9 years of age she joined the Rouen Regional Conservatory and left at 13 with a Gold Medal. Then she went on to tour Japan at age 17 with Balanchine's "Divertimento".

She was invited by Violette Verdy to join the prestigious School of American Ballet in New York. And after returning to Paris, Stéphanie became principal dancer for the Troupe of the Lido de Paris for almost 20 years. A beautiful dancer and devoted mother, Stéphanie now resides in Paris with her daughter, dog and bunny. She now shares her passion with her protégés at the prestigious Cite Veron AID and dance centre.

"I love the feeling of dancing, I love the challenge of pushing the limits of my body and express myself through movement. I just listen to the piano melodies and concentrate on the movements, it's like meditation. It fills me with joy and I can truly escape daily worries."

Her wYse pieces have travelled with her around the world. She loves the fact she can pack so much in to her suitcase to diversify her wardrobe. And she loves that they're so comfortable to travel in. Stéphanie shares the fact that dancers love comfort, as they're usually squeezed into tight costumes. Stéphanie loves wearing chic yet effortless and comfortable pieces.

While most of us don’t share Stephanie’s incredible dance history we can share in taking motivation from the incredibly talented lady by simply moving our body daily. Through trying something new, pushing it a little bit further or finding our own form of meditation. We want to encourage you to gently move your body in whatever way nourishes you.
