We're here busily packing your wonderful orders! We're in the office Monday - Thursday 9am - 3:00pm. Orders received within our trading hours will be processed that same day. If for some reason we can't process ASAP we'll be in touch with you to give you an update.
*Whilst we do our best to get your order to you ASAP we can't guarantee exact delivery times. As all orders are sent via Australia Post we are reliant on their ability to deliver. Within Australia we deliver all of our orders via Australia Post and local couriers. Goods should be received within 2-7 days.
Sale Orders: At Sale time orders may take up to 1-3 days to process.
NOTE: Sale items are NOT eligible for a store credit, exchange or refund.

wYse Lifestyle will not be held accountable for late deliveries, lost or damaged goods in the transit process. Insurance can be organised through Australia Post at an additional rate and should be discussed with HQ to arrange.
ONLINE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
BLACK FRIDAY POLICY
Valid on items within the Black Friday collection only.
We DO NOT offer refunds on sale items.
Items may be exchanged (and pay the difference if required) or we can issue a Credit. This is an Online only Sale. Sale period 24/11/23 - midnight 27/11/23
NOTE: Sale items are NOT eligible for a store credit, exchange or refund.
Exchanging:
We are happy to exchange on full price items. This process must take place within 14 days of purchase. We understand that buying clothing online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try garments on.
Should you exchange an item of less value we will issue an online credit voucher. If you exchange for something of higher value, you'll be asked to pay the difference. We do require the labels and garments to be intact and in the same condition as when you purchased them.
Refunds:
We now offer a refund within 10 days of purchase for full price items. This applies to online only and excludes Sale items and underwear. Should you decide the product isn’t right, you can ship the garment back at your cost and we will refund the amount of your purchase upon receiving your item. Postage fees are non-refundable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including tags in tact.Always contact our dispatch team prior to returning your garment.
Underwear cannot be returned or refunded unless your product is faulty.
