Within Australia we deliver all of our orders Express Post via Australia Post. Orders will be processed Monday - Thursday during business hours. Estimated time of delivery Goods should be received 2-7 days.

However if this does occur, please call us to report any parcel/s that have not arrived and we will do our best to track and trace your parcel. Insurance can be organised through Australia Post.
wYse Lifestyle will only refund when items are faulty as per the Fair Trading Act. We are happy to exchange if you purchased the wrong size. We understand that buying clothing online is convenient however it doesn’t give the chance to try things on, you may exchange the goods to the same amount or more within 14 days of purchase.
