Within Australia we deliver all of our orders Express Post via Australia Post. Orders will be processed Monday - Thursday during business hours. Estimated time of delivery Goods should be received 2-7 days.
Sale Orders: In the case of a Sale event orders may take up to 1-3 days to process.

wYse Lifestyle will not be held accountable for late deliveries, lost or damaged goods in the transit process. However if this does occur, please call us to report any parcel/s that have not arrived and we will do our best to track and trace your parcel. Insurance can be organised through Australia Post.
Exchanging:
We are happy to exchange if you purchased the wrong size. We understand that buying clothing online is convenient however it doesn’t give the chance to try things on. You may exchange the goods to the same amount or should you exchange for an item of less value we will issue you with a wYse online credit voucher. Should you wish to exchange for something of higher value, you'll be asked to pay the difference. This process must take place within 14 days of purchase. We do require the labels and garments to be intact and in the same condition as when you purchased them.
Refunds:
We now offer a refund within 10 days of purchase. This applies to online only. Should you decide the product isn’t right, you can ship the garment back at your cost and we will refund the amount upon receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including tags in tact.
