ONLINE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Exchanging:

We are happy to exchange on full price items. This process must take place within 14 days of purchase. We understand that buying clothing online is convenient however it doesn’t give you the chance to try garments on.

Should you exchange an item of less value we will issue an online credit voucher. If you exchange for something of higher value, you'll be asked to pay the difference. We do require the labels and garments to be intact and in the same condition as when you purchased them. 

 

Refunds:

We offer a refund within 14 days of purchase on full price items only. This applies to online only and excludes Sale items, underwear and earrings. Should you decide the product isn’t right, you can ship the garment back at your cost and we will refund the amount upon receiving your item. The amount will be refunded within 5 days of receiving your order.

IN STORE EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

We are happy to exchange on full price items. This process must take place within 7 days of purchase. 

Should you exchange an item of less value we will issue an online credit voucher. If you exchange for something of higher value, you'll be asked to pay the difference. We do require the labels and garments to be intact and in the same condition as when you purchased them. 

 

Refunds:

We DO NOT offer refunds for change of mind when purchased in store. Options for change of mind are either a store credit or exchange for another item. 

 


RETURN TERMS:

  • Always contact our dispatch team prior to returning your garment (For online Orders) - 0421 061 808
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including tags in tact.
  • Sale items are NOT eligible for a store credit, exchange or refund.
  • Due to hygiene factors Underwear and ear rings cannot be returned or refunded unless your product is faulty.
  • Postage Fees are non refundable. Exchanging items will incur further postage charges.
